Enrichment Through Employment
Assisting individuals living with mental health conditions to achieve a lifetime of successful employment.

Who We Are
ETE is a 501 (c) non-profit California corporation since 1995.
Founder
Hilda Preston
Hilda once dreamed of enabling the psychiatrically disabled to achieve a lifetime of successful employment.
She had a passion for enabling ETE clients the opportunity to fulfill their personal potentials in the workplace. Starting with a desk and phone Hilda grew ETE to a non-profit corporation that has worked with hundreds of disabled individuals desiring the dignity of employment.
Hilda passed November 26, 2018. We will miss her.
It is her spirit and conviction that the psychiatrically disabled can work that inspires ETE's staff and board today.
What We Do
ETE provides employment search, placement, and support for individuals living with mental health conditions (Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression). ETE is supported by tax deductible donations. No fee or charge is made to ETE clients.
